Vietnam – 8 January, 2024 – SmartLab International, a pioneer in the integration and application of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the field of market-spread trading announced the successful completion of the certification process for the International Product Quality Standard Certification for its sports market spread trading bot, SMART SP. In addition, the company has also received International 5 Stars Certification for brand excellence.

The International Product Quality Standard Certification and the International 5 Stars Certification – Brand, are globally recognized quality management standards established and developed by the International Association for the Advancement of Quality (IAQ), one of the world’s leading international certification organization.

Achievement of the International Product Quality Standard Certification by the SMART SP Bot involved an independent certification process which encompassed rigorous assessment of the bot’s performance, reliability, conformity with comprehensive industry standards and that there is an effective quality management system in place which allows for ongoing improvement of the system and work processes.

For the International 5 Stars Certification credentialing, SmartLab International underwent an extensive audit conducted by the International Association for the Advancement of Quality (IAQ) which evaluated numerous aspects related to the company’s corporate brand-name, including brand planning, brand management, brand quality, brand loyalty, innovation, corporate social responsibility and reputation.
